Health Services is partnering with Hannaford Pharmacy once again to host two on-campus flu and COVID booster vaccine clinics on Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Wednesday, Oct. 9 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. At both clinics flu, shingles, pneumonia, RSV, Tdap (tetanus) and COVID boosters will be offered.
If you plan on getting any type of vaccination, you must register in advance:
Where is the clinic?
The clinic will be held in Health Services, located in Suite 270 on the second floor of the Siek Campus Center.
What shots will be offered?
- Flu (all 18+)
- Flu high dose (65 and older)
- Shingles (50 and older)
- Pneumonia (19-64 with chronic health condition, or 65+ for all)
- RSV (75 and older without chronic health condition, or 60-74 with chronic health condition)
- Tdap (18+ with no documentation of previous shot, or no shot in last 10 years, those in close contact with infants, health care workers)
- COVID booster
What do I need to bring to get a vaccine?
Please bring a valid ID card, your insurance/prescription card and a record of any previous COVID-19 vaccines you’ve received (if applicable).
Please note: Anyone receiving a vaccination will be required to fill out the Hannaford Pharmacy Vaccine Informed Consent form. Please bring the completed consent with you to your appointment. If you are having difficulty with accessing the consent, please call our office at 518-629-7468.
Who can receive a vaccine?
All students, faculty and staff who are 18 or older.
